Dubai Car Rental Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Asia-Rent. We are proud to provide luxury and economy car rental services throughout Dubai. This website operates under the legal regulations and licenses of the United Arab Emirates. By booking a vehicle and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Required Documents for Rental
To rent a vehicle from our company, you must provide the following documents:
- For Tourists: Original passport, valid UAE visa, and an International Driving Permit (or an approved driving license from eligible countries).
- For UAE Residents: Emirates ID and a valid UAE driving license.
2. Payment and Security Deposit
A security deposit may be required to cover possible traffic fines, damages, and other rental-related charges. The deposit will be refunded within 21 to 30 working days after the vehicle is returned and all traffic fines and outstanding charges have been verified.
3. Driving Rules and Fines
The renter is fully responsible for all traffic violations during the rental period, including speeding, illegal parking, and red-light violations. All fines, along with applicable administrative fees, will be deducted from the security deposit.
4. Usage Restrictions
- Off-road driving, desert driving, or any similar activity is not allowed without prior approval.
- Smoking inside rental vehicles is strictly prohibited and may result in additional cleaning charges.
- Using the vehicle for illegal activities or transporting prohibited items will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and possible legal action.
5. Vehicle Insurance
All our vehicles include basic third-party insurance. Customers may request additional coverage options such as Full Insurance or CDW during the booking process.
6. Vehicle Delivery and Return
Vehicles are delivered with a full fuel tank and should be returned in the same condition. If the fuel level is lower upon return, fuel charges and refueling service fees may apply.
7. Applicable Law
All rental agreements and service conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
