Job description

What this job is

Asia-Rents is a car rental company in Dubai. Most of our customers contact us on WhatsApp before they book — they ask about a car, the price, the dates and the documents they need. We are looking for one reliable freelancer to handle those chats and turn them into confirmed bookings on our website.

You do not need to be in Dubai and you do not need to sell anything on the phone. What matters is that you reply fast, write clear English, and enter every booking into our system correctly. This is a long-term position — we want someone who stays with us, learns the fleet and gets better every month.

Your daily work

  • › Answer every WhatsApp message from customers quickly and politely.
  • › Send the right car, the correct daily/weekly/monthly price, and check availability.
  • › Register each confirmed booking in our website admin panel — dates, car, price, delivery.
  • › Collect the customer's passport, visa and driving licence and upload them to the booking.
  • › Follow up on delivery time and location, and confirm the return.
  • › Keep car prices, photos and availability on the website up to date.
  • › Send us a short daily summary of the chats and bookings.

What you need

  • › Good written English — this is the most important requirement.
  • › Available on WhatsApp several hours every day, weekends included.
  • › Comfortable learning a website admin panel (we train you).
  • › Your own laptop and a stable internet connection.
  • › Honest, organised, and able to work without someone watching you.
  • › A bank account you can receive your monthly payment into.

Working hours

Flexible, but you must be online at the same hours every day so customers are never left waiting. We agree your daily hours with you before you start. Dubai time (GMT+4) is the reference for everything.

Salary & payment

AED 500 / month

Paid monthly
  • • The salary is 500 AED per month, paid once a month.
  • • Payment is transferred to your Iranian bank account through an Iranian exchanger.
  • • You receive the equivalent amount in Iranian currency, at the exchanger's rate on the day of payment.
  • • Any exchanger fee and the exchange rate used are the exchanger's, not ours — the amount we send is always 500 AED.
  • • Please make sure you can receive money this way before you apply.

There is a short paid trial period at the start so both sides can see if the work suits. If you perform well and stay with us, we review the amount later.
